Jane Wishart

Hey there, my name is Jane Wishart, I am a singer songwriter  from  Bay of Plenty  New Zealand. Now I am living in Christchurch and am studying  at the University of Canterbury.

I have a massive passion for music and love just jamming out where I can, so being able to play music  out and about in Christchurch is awesome !  I strongly believe in sharing your music and if that is where your passion lies to inspire and be inspired by other artists is where it is at!  Growing up with a musical family has been an awesome influence so music is a great outlet of creativity!  I have been doing various performances around Christchurch since mid 2011 and loving sharing my music with people.

I mainly am doing acoustic covers mixed in with a  few originals, and love the country and folk tunes, which is where most of my inspiration comes from. I love playing a mixture of artists and styles, but country and folk is really where my heart lies.
